\"\"<\/center>One of the past winners of our microgrant competition “Time to \u0430ct, Ukraine!” is a project\u00a0 called “FUN HUB,” which set up a youth center\u00a0 in the Kyiv region. The idea was perfectly set out by the applicant, we funded it, and a fantastic creative space for teenagers and young people was established in the village of Baryshchivka.<\/p>\n

On March 11, 2022, a Russian missile hit the hub, almost destroying it. Whist this is yet another horrible consequence of the war we are determined that it is only to be a very temporary blip.<\/p>\n

Our Foundation “MHP-Gromadi” together with the Youth Council of Baryshivka has won a grant of 6593 EUR from the Ukrainian-Danish Youth House (yes, we also apply for grants!)<\/p>\n

Our victory meant we could immediately start work on restoring “FUN HUB” to its former glory. A new room has already been allocated and volunteers including young masters, artists and activists have come forwards to ensure the project is fully restored by the new year. This means we will be seeing fresh and bold ideas being developed in the restored hub in January 2023.<\/p>\n

What is the moral of this story? We have three of them.<\/p>\n

  3. Act and you will win.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
