This is a 35% increase on the the previous year, 2021. Back then, the number of unique volunteers was over 1,700. In contrast, in 2022, virtually every 11th employee participated in volunteer projects of MHP and \u0421F \u00abMHP-Gromadi\u00bb. Russia\u2019s full-scale invasion of Ukraine has largely driven this increase in volunteers with MHP employees rising to the challenge of overcoming the problems thrown up by the conflict.<\/p>\n<p>The activities themselves have also changed. We developed a Corporate Volunteering Policy. It gives all employees an understanding of the level of values that support volunteering at MHP. At the same time, we joined projects not because we were asked or it was a trend &#8211; people initiated it themselves, took responsibility, started projects in areas where they saw their own ability to help, and were supported by management and other colleagues.
