New series on Diia.Education: step-by-step guidelines on social project introduction in communities
The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the MHP-Gromadi Charitable Foundation presents a new educational series “How to Implement a Social Project in The Community”, which is already available on the Diia.Education platform.
The series is designed to teach employees of local self-government authorities and activists ways to draw up efficient projects, raise financing, attract business support, and implement ideas. The series will be a useful tool for those wishing to introduce social initiatives in their communities but have no idea where to start.
The series includes 8 episodes with a duration of 6-15 minutes each, where all aspects of a social project introduction are considered – from planning and financing to attracting partners and fundraising. Each episode has practical advice and real examples of successful cases and mistakes. The series covers the following topics:
How to develop a project idea and draw up a successful budget
How to find partners among local authorities, businesses, and donor organizations
How to write a grant application and attract funding
Methods of fundraising and co-financing.
