Over 70,000 Hot Meals for the People of Kyiv Region: The Foodtruck Mobile Kitchen Continues Its Mission

The Foodtruck mobile kitchen “Food Without Borders” is currently supporting residents across the Kyiv region who, due to power, heating, and water outages, are left in the cold and without the ability to prepare a proper meal.
In just two weeks, thanks to the initiative of the Iskra Dobра Charity Foundation and the support of MHP and the MHP-Gromadi Charity Foundation, the team has delivered more than 70,000 hot meals to those who need them most. The Foodtruck has already served Kyiv and numerous communities throughout the region.
These days, the Foodtruck is operating in a stationary mode in the city of Brovary — from 6:00 a.m. until late in the evening.
Location: Epicentr (parking area), 253 Kyivska Street.
Hot meals are distributed based on requests from volunteers and critical-infrastructure workers, who receive the needed number of portions to support their teams. Anyone wishing to volunteer in meal preparation or distribution is encouraged to contact the Iskra Dobра Foundation.
“We created the Foodtruck to be wherever people are struggling the most. A hot meal is not only about food — it’s about care, dignity, and the feeling that you are not alone. We see how essential this initiative is for the Kyiv region today, and we will continue to go where we are needed most,”
The Foodtruck is capable of preparing up to 20,000 meals per day and can operate even in the most challenging conditions.

We will continue providing the resources needed to ensure the team can distribute hot meals wherever it is critically important,”
The team will continue expanding its routes to ensure that people receive high-quality hot meals during this period of instability and immense pressure on critical infrastructure.
The Foodtruck initiative was launched by the founders of the Iskra Dobра NGO — Oleh Bibikov, Ihor Kukobko, and Nataliia Moseichuk, interviewer and host of the “1+1 Marathon.” MHP and the MHP-Gromadi Charity Foundationserve as strategic partners, providing the mobile kitchen with everything it needs — from food supplies and fuel to logistics — since the first days of the full-scale invasion.
