FESTIVAL OF CULTURES IN POLAND

We are taking part in a fundraising drive hoping to raise 70,000 zlotys for the purchase of 10 vacuum devices for the treatment of those wounded in the ongoing conflict. This equipment speeds up wound recovery time threefold and helps alleviating the suffering of the victims of this conflict.

We recently represented Ukraine at «Globalna wioska» a festival celebrating the cultures of different people from across the globe, organized by the Office of the European Parliament in Wroclaw, Republic of Poland.

Among the invited participants of the festival were representatives from Japan, Germany, Estonia, India, Venezuela, Pakistan. Our foundation had the honour of exclusively representing Ukraine and tried our best to provide visitors with a demonstration of what our country has to offer through a variety of handmade products, craft products, traditional Ukrainian cuisine and folk goods.

We were able to sell a host of Ukrainian goods and mementos and raise charitable donations from generous Polish attendees and managed to raise over 24,000 UAH. These funds have been added to the wider fundraising drive to secure medical vacuum machines to treat our wounded soldiers.
