AGRO 360: On Course for Harvest brings together modern management approaches, innovation, and the principles of sustainable development. The course is built on the practical experience of MHP and Syngenta, with the support of the MHP–Hromadi Charitable Foundation. It is available online on the course website and on the Prometheus educational platform.
Today, many agricultural producers face challenges in accessing finance and continue to rely on outdated approaches to land management and responsible development. Through 11 video podcast episodes, experts from MHP and Syngenta share hands-on experience in building effective agribusiness models. The program incorporates sustainability principles, the integration of smart technologies, and the rational use of crop protection products, fertilizers, and seeds.

“Today, sustainable development represents the country’s strategic capacity to recover and grow. It is a balance between economic progress and social responsibility. It is about ensuring the well-being of the current generation without compromising the future. This is why at MHP we see sustainability as the foundation of long-term decisions, and partnership as a tool for systemic change for people, communities, and the country,”
— Yurii Melnyk, Deputy CEO of MHP for Sustainable Development, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the MHP–Hromadi Charitable Foundation.
Modern agribusiness must meet market expectations regarding ESG practices. The course program highlights the key components of sustainable agribusiness through real-life examples from industry experts.

“Sustainable development is taking on new meanings. Beyond producing high-quality products and generating profit, agribusiness must preserve natural resources, care for the environment, and contribute to community development. All of these are elements of sustainability. This is the only viable strategy for agricultural producers seeking competitiveness, access to investment, and entry into international markets. Syngenta and MHP believe that knowledge must be accessible. That is why we created an educational course for everyone interested in improving their farming practices in a sustainable way, through a convenient video podcast format,”
— Tetiana Smovzh, Head of Business Sustainability in Ukraine and Innovation Projects in Europe at Syngenta.
The course is now available with free registration on Prometheus, Ukraine’s largest professional development platform, as well as on the official AGRO 360: On Course for Harvest website.
