In the Myronivka territorial community, a roadmap for implementing the 10-year Community Development Strategy has been developed and officially presented. The document was initiated by the MHP–Hromadi Charitable Foundation with the support of MHP and prepared in cooperation with experts from the Ukrainian office of the international consulting company Deloitte Ukraine.

A comprehensive socio-economic assessment of the current state and development potential of the Myronivka community lasted five months. Based on its findings, the team formulated a structured action plan outlining specific objectives, timelines, responsible stakeholders, and measurable performance indicators.
“Strategic planning with a focus on measurable goals is the foundation of sustainable community development. In cooperation with a broad range of stakeholders, we developed a roadmap that incorporates clear objectives and indicators for tracking progress and monitoring implementation. Such a structured approach ensures effective management of the Strategy’s execution and facilitates engagement of business, donors, and civil society, fostering a partnership ecosystem and mobilizing resources to achieve defined goals,” said Olena Boychenko, Head of Consulting Practice at Deloitte Ukraine.
“We now have a practical instrument that will enable us to implement the Development Strategy through 2035 more effectively. The Strategy itself was created and approved with the support of the Foundation,” noted Dmytro Zhukotanskyi, First Deputy Mayor of Myronivka.
During the project, the team identified 49 strategic objectives. They were prioritised and grouped into key areas: quality of life and development, governance, infrastructure and environment, and economic growth.
“We translated intentions into measurable targets. We introduced clear indicators to track changes in the economy, employment, and the social sphere. This will allow us to assess tangible progress in implementation,” emphasized Tetiana Volochai, Head of the Community Development Council at the MHP–Hromadi Charitable Foundation.
This approach to developing an implementation roadmap may serve as a model solution for other territorial communities across Ukraine.

“In wartime conditions, communities striving for development need a clear action plan: defined stages, responsible actors, timelines, and expected outcomes. We support proactive communities that unite around meaningful change. Myronivka is a strong example — we helped engage leading international experts from Deloitte Ukraine. The roadmap will ensure high-quality implementation of the approved Community Development Strategy,” commented Pavlo Moroz, Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at MHP.
During the event, participants were also introduced to other Foundation projects and initiatives implemented in partnership with the Myronivka community.
The meeting provided an opportunity for partner organisations, experts, and representatives of territorial communities to discuss the final document and align on further steps in accordance with the roadmap.
