SUPPORT FOR MIGRANTS IN UKRAINE

Through working in partnership with others projects and initiatives gains scope, support and objectivity. During these difficult times joining forces and working together helps us become stronger and achieve more than we can by working alone.

The other day our Charity Foundation «MHP-Gromadi» together with the charitable organization “Ronald McDonald House Foundation” (whose partner and founder is Ukraine’s McDonald) came together to deliver a humanitarian program in the Petrikivska and Obukhivska OTG  in Dnipropetrovsk region. 1150 families who have been relocated from conflict hotspots received food packages containing sugar, tea, cereals, pasta, oil, bakery products and chicken pate from MHP,  with a total value of UAH 400,000.

Recipients are very grateful for this support, not only for providing the food needed to feed their families but also for the generosity and human spirit such donations embody. Even in these dark and dangerous times the warmth of human kindness can light up the lives of those who have been caught up in the conflict.

This warmth can take many forms from  a grandmother from Izium in the Kharkov region who found shelter and safety in a garden in Dnipropetrovsk region. That warmth that keeps alive a young mother with two children who will never be able to return to Mariupol again. The warmth that brightens the gloomy days of a single mother who lost her home and is now awaiting the return of her only son.
