The MHP–Hromadi Foundation Supports the Launch of an Educational Program for Cultural Institutions

04 march 2026

The Charitable Foundation “MHP–Hromadi” and MHP have become partners of the educational program “Leadership and Partnership Building for Cultural Institutions,” aimed at strengthening the managerial capacity of state and municipal cultural institutions.

The initiative is implemented at the initiative of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine in partnership with UNESCO, PUMB, and KSE Graduate Business School.

About the Program

The program is designed for management teams consisting of 2–3 representatives from a single institution — including museums, nature reserves, cultural centers, memorial complexes, and other cultural heritage institutions from across Ukraine.

The goal is to help cultural institutions establish systematic work with resources and partnerships, introduce modern approaches to risk and budget management, strengthen financial accountability, and enhance team sustainability.

The program includes:

  • 10 modules in a blended format (online and offline in Kyiv at the KSE Dragon Capital Building);

  • practical work on participants’ own projects;

  • consultations with experts;

  • a final pitch presentation of the developed initiatives.

Participants will gain tools for strategic planning, developing value propositions for businesses and donors, structuring budgets, and building effective communication models.

Foundation’s Support

Supporting the program is part of the systemic work of the MHP–Hromadi Foundation in community development and strengthening local institutions.

The Foundation joined the initiative as a partner committed to enhancing the managerial capacity of cultural organizations and promoting modern approaches to resource and partnership management.

“Our Foundation comprehensively invests in cultural development, as it forms the foundation of a capable country. This program is an effective tool for transitioning to a model of sustainable community development by strengthening cultural and managerial potential.”

Pavlo Moroz, Director of CSR Department, MHP
