From June 18, the MHP-Gromadi Charitable Foundation will be headed by Oleksandr Pakholiuk Earlier, Oleksandr was the head of the department of raising social investments and partnerships.
Under his leadership, the previous year the Foundation attracted funds from donors and partners for dozens of social projects and charitable initiatives to support military personnel, veterans, and their families, as well as for traditional community development projects. The main focus areas of the new head include the following: developing international partnerships and strengthening networks with non-governmental organizations and the civil sector, reporting on the program implementation, estimates, budgets, and other important activities.
Tetiana Volochai, who previously headed the Foundation, will become the Head of the Community Development Council of the MHP-Gromadi Charitable Foundation. Many years dedicated to the Foundation development will allow her to strengthen the strategic areas of MHP-Gromadi with her expertise and help communities to become worth living in. She will focus more on the mechanisms of increasing self-awareness and the capability of residents to change their lives for the better. She will also continue to represent the Foundation at the national and international levels.
It should be recalled that MHP-Gromadi is a Ukrainian charitable foundation that was launched in 2015. Its main mission is the comprehensive development of communities. The geography of activity covers 13 regions of Ukraine: more than 700 towns and villages. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Foundation has focused its activities on helping those in need: defenders, IDPs, children, elderly people, healthcare professionals, and medical establishments. Our main focus areas are financial and expert assistance when implementing ideas aimed at supporting food security and the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in communities, as well as the restoration and support of cultural heritage.
