Our team

Oleksandr Pakholiuk is a civic activist and Director of the MHP-Hromadi Charitable Foundation. He graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” with a Master’s degree in Engineering and from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He worked in the aviation and information technology sectors, where he gained experience in team management and the implementation of complex projects.
After the start of the full-scale invasion, he joined the Territorial Defense Forces and helped defend Kyiv. He later became part of the MHP-Hromadi Charitable Foundation team, where he led partnerships and social investments before being appointed Director.
Today, together with a team of like-minded people, Oleksandr works to develop communities, support local initiatives, and drive meaningful change. He believes in the power of partnerships, trust, and daily work for the sake of a strong, humane, and resilient society.
